Mundial Cambios S.A., an exchange entity authorized to operate in the National financial system by the Central Bank of Paraguay, in Resolution N2, minutes N59 dated September 27, 2007 of the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Paraguay. It was incorporated by Public Deed N24 dated May 21, 2007, before the Notary Public Mercedes Pérez dos Santos. On January 7, 2008 the parent company opened its doors. On January 14, 2008, the agency located in the Vendome Shopping in Ciudad del Este was authorized.
